Facilitators: Chip Snowden (ISM) and Lorrie Jackson (finalsite)

Chip joined ISM in 1993, bringing with him 20 years of experience in private-independent school administration. Chip has conducts ISM workshops on a variety of topics including marketing, annual giving, summer programs, heading a small school, and parent relations. Chip brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his work at ISM. As Head of Fort Worth Academy, Chip helped annual giving revenues double over a two-year period and positioned the school for a capital campaign. As the Head of Wayne Country Day School, Chip was instrumental in taking the school from a basic letter-based solicitation to a face-to-face campaign, which raised $400,000 over three years. In addition, he took steps to build communication by instituting a parent newsletter with a Head's column. Chip was also involved with parents while directing advancement efforts at St. Paul's Episcopal School.

Lorrie Jackson is Communications Manager for finalsite, which she joined after serving as the Director of Communications and Marketing at Lausanne Collegiate School (TN). At Lausanne, Lorrie was responsible for the school's internal and external communications/marketing efforts such as the school's Web site, ad campaign, electronic communications and alumni magazine. A frequent writer/presenter on school marketing and technology issues, Lorrie is a member of the NAIS 21st Century Curriculum/Technology Task Force. She has worked in both independent and public schools for the past decade as an administrator, technology integrationist and English teacher.
